How I Connect With a Loved One in Spirit or Someone’s Energy Through a Photo — Even When the Client Isn’t in the Same Room

Many people ask me: “How can you connect with someone’s energy through a photograph, or with a loved one in spirit, when I’m not even in the same room as you?”

It’s a natural question. After all, most of us are so used to experiencing the world through our physical senses — seeing, hearing, touching, and being in the same space as the person we want to connect with. But the truth is, spiritual energy and consciousness don’t operate within the same limits as our physical world. Time, distance, and location don’t restrict connection.

When a client sends me a photograph, it acts as a powerful focal point for awareness. I don’t need any names, personal details, or background information. The photograph itself carries the energy of the person, their essence, and sometimes even traces of the emotional bond they share with the client. By focusing on it, I can open myself to sensing that energy directly.

It’s similar to tuning a radio. The music, or the broadcast, is already in the air — invisible, but present. The radio doesn’t create the music; it simply allows you to receive it once you are on the correct frequency. In the same way, the energy of a loved one — whether living or in spirit — is always present. My focus and intention allow me to tune into their frequency, so I can sense their presence, receive impressions, and pick up messages.

Even though the client is not physically in the same room as me, this connection still works. My awareness, intention, and energy act like a bridge, linking me to the person in the photograph or their loved one in spirit. I am able to perceive their essence, the feelings they radiate, and the guidance or messages that may come through. It’s not about seeing or hearing in the physical sense — it’s about feeling and sensing the energy that is already there.

Every person carries a unique energetic signature, shaped by their life, emotions, and spirit. When I focus on a photograph, I allow myself to become attuned to that signature. Sometimes impressions come as images, feelings, words, or intuitive knowing — all of which I then share with the client. The energy reveals itself naturally, and the connection unfolds without forcing or controlling it.

This type of connection isn’t limited to people who have passed into spirit. I can also sense the energy of someone living, wherever they are, because all consciousness exists beyond physical distance. The photograph simply helps me focus and amplify the connection. It’s a way of anchoring my awareness so that I can perceive more clearly.

Over time, I have found that this method can be deeply moving and reassuring for clients. They often feel the presence of their loved one, experience a sense of closeness, and gain insight or understanding that might otherwise feel impossible when someone is far away. Even though the client isn’t in the room, the energy bridge created through the photograph allows connection, understanding, and comfort to flow naturally.

Ultimately, it’s a reminder that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. While our bodies live in time and space, our consciousness and energy extend far beyond these limits. By focusing with intention and awareness, we can access connections that are always present, always real, and always accessible — even from a distance.
