Right now, it’s a side hustle alongside working full time.

Building a business while working full time isn’t always easy.
There are only so many hours in the day, and between work, home life and everyday responsibilities, finding time for a growing business can sometimes be challenging.
But we believe that you don’t have to start big to have big dreams.
For us, every product we create is another step forwards.
Every order, every new idea, every piece we make and every project we work on represents time, effort and creativity.
We’re learning as we go, figuring out what works, trying new ideas and slowly building something that we hope will become a recognisable and much-loved small business.
Handmade With Care
One of the things that makes our business special is that everything comes from a place of creativity and care.
We love the process of taking an idea and turning it into something real. There is something incredibly rewarding about starting with an idea and seeing it develop into something that someone else can enjoy.
We don’t want what we create to feel mass-produced or impersonal.
We want people to know that there are real people behind our business, putting time, thought and passion into what we do.
Bringing Spirituality Into the Business
Spirituality is also an important part of our journey.
As an author, I’m passionate about writing spiritual guidance books that encourage reflection, exploration and personal growth.
Writing gives me the opportunity to share ideas and perspectives in a completely different way from our handmade creations.
For us, there is something lovely about bringing creativity and spirituality together. They both allow us to express ourselves, explore new ideas and hopefully create something that people can connect with.
Working Together as Business Partners
Having a business partner brings another dimension to the journey.
We each bring our own ideas, creativity, strengths and perspectives to the business.
There are always plenty of ideas — sometimes perhaps too many! — and part of building the business is working together to decide which ideas to pursue and how we can turn them into something practical.
Being business partners means supporting each other, bouncing ideas around, solving problems and celebrating the small victories along the way.
It also means having someone who understands the challenges of trying to build something while working full time.
We’re not simply building a business.
We’re building something together.
The Reality of a Side Hustle
There can be a misconception that running a small business is simply about making products and receiving orders.
The reality is very different.
There’s planning, creating, sourcing, testing, writing, photographing, packaging, marketing, social media, customer service and all the other little jobs that people don’t necessarily see.
And then, of course, there’s our full-time work.
Some evenings are spent working on the business when we’re tired after a long day.
Some weekends disappear into creating, organising and planning.
But even when it’s challenging, there’s something incredibly satisfying about knowing that we are building something that belongs to us.
Our Vision for the Future
We know that growing a business takes time.
We don’t expect to become an overnight success, and we’re not looking to rush the process.
Our aim is to grow organically, introduce new ideas, develop what we already offer and continue learning along the way.
We want to keep expanding our creativity, exploring new opportunities and seeing where this journey can take us.
We’d love to develop the business into a brand that represents creativity, handmade quality, spirituality and individuality.
Ultimately, our dream is to grow the business to a point where it could become more than just a side hustle.
Perhaps one day, it could become our full-time venture.
